AtkinsRéalis

In 2024 I launched a new two-day leadership programme called Thrive which aims to develop the next generation of health, safety and wellbeing leaders across the AtkinsRéalis global business.

So far, more than 500 senior leaders, including the global executive team and non-executive directors have participated in the programme, which is being delivered in the UK, Canada and India. In 2025, it will extend to North America, South America, the Middle East and Asia. The delivery team has extended to include a wider group of Learning Partners.

Laing O’Rourke

Along with my very talented colleagues and a superb internal team, we’ve created a leadership programme at Laing O’Rourke called Rethinking Safety Through Inclusion + Wellbeing, which won the British Construction Industry Award for Best Health, Safety and Wellbeing Initiative in October 2024.

More than 750 business leaders and site supervisors have participated in these immersive programmes, which explore the skills and practices of inclusive leadership and include a theatre-based experience.

Heathrow Airport

I spent two years working at Heathrow Airport with amazing psychologists, scriptwriters, actors and virtual reality experts to develop a groundbreaking new health, safety and wellbeing programme.
